Order Processing

Each Sierra Darien order is carefully prepared prior to dispatch. Processing typically takes 2–5 business days. Orders placed after the Friday cut-off or during weekends are processed on the next business day.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Delivery Times & Fees

Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered successfully delivered once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Delivery confirmation may include tracking status, GPS data, delivery timestamps, or photographic evidence supplied by the carrier.

If a shipment is marked as delivered to a porch, front door, mailbox, lobby, reception area, or other unattended or designated “safe” location, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

The customer’s phone number is provided to the courier solely for delivery coordination. Delivery to an unattended or “safe” location is completed only after confirmation or authorization by the customer where applicable.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Sierra Darien is not liable for non-delivery, delays, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details supplied by the customer.

Signature & Delivery Requirements

For certain orders, we may require signature confirmation or additional delivery verification at our discretion. Failure to be available to receive a signature-required delivery does not constitute non-delivery.

Import Duties & Taxes

All applicable import duties and taxes are fully covered by Sierra Darien. You will not be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery, ensuring fast customs clearance and a seamless experience.

More to Consider

All delivery timelines are expressed in business days.

Please do not refuse delivery. Refused shipments incur both the original delivery cost and the return shipping fee. Any refund issued will be processed minus these combined costs.

In rare cases, processing or delivery may be delayed due to:

• Billing or shipping address discrepancies
• Payment verification or security checks
• Shipments to remote locations
• Carrier backlogs during peak seasons
• Temporary stock availability issues

While we strive to deliver on time, international shipments may occasionally experience delays beyond our control. Our team actively monitors every order until safe delivery.

Cancellation Policy

We process orders quickly so you can enjoy your Sierra Darien pieces as soon as possible. Customers may request cancellation within 1-2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
